Recently Gabbi from Felinofelice passed on this tag on the subject of happiness to me.

So here are five things that make me happy:

1. Spending Time with My Husband Dan

2. Our Animals (Sophie and Mena)

3. Vintage Clothes

4. Breakfast Foods

5. Agatha Christie Novels (Especially Ms. Marple...and especially her when portrayed by Joan Hickson on television)

Thanks Gabbi! Now I'd like to pass this on to anyone who reads this post and wants to do one for themselves. I look forward to seeing the Five Little Things that make you all happy:)

  1. what lovely pictures! they certainly made me smile!

  2. Oooo I just love Miss Marple too, I have all of A. Christies books and have been collecting them in 1st editions for years. I also have the DVD collection of Joan Hicksons Miss Marple (THE best portrayal by FAR).

I love this post, and I just loved the photo's! Thanks for sharing some more about yourself. xxxx

  3. Oh me again, thank you so much for the book title, much appreciated. xxx

  4. This is such a sweet post! Vintage clothes are the best.

  5. your family--including your husband and your four-footed babies--is so adorable.

  6. pretty much exactly the same... except for the husband part ;-)

  7. Great list and photos! The photo of you and your husband reflected in the sunglasses is amazing, Sophie and Mena are adorable and your outfits are lovely. Thank you so much for sharing♥

(PS. I recently bought a small stack of Agatha Christie novels at a used book sale from my local library!)

  8. What a treat to learn a bit more about the delightfully wonderful soul behind this lovely blog! I adore breakfast food too, but, oddly enough, tend to eat it more often for dinner than breakfast (which isn't to say I don't eat breaky, I do, but it's usually something light or entirely non-breakfast-ish).

    Have a gorgeous Tuesday, sweetie!
    ♥ Jessica

  9. Love that photo of you sitting on your husband's lap! Such nice shoes too :D

  10. Aww1 Loved this post- every little piece of it!
