Summer Inspiration: Toast

I've been a bit disconnected from my computer all weekend, so I don't know if lots of other people have already posted about this....but, I just got the new Toast Spring II Catalog e-mail and can't get over the warm-weather looks they've featured for the upcoming seasons. This is what I want to wear for the next six months -- pops of color, feathers, cute heels, hats, big necklaces, sandals and simple silhouettes. Basically, nothing too fussy, just care free and pretty. Its almost too wonderful for words. Now all I need is for this darned cold rain to stop falling and the sun to come out. Soon enough, I keep telling myself. Soon enough.

Luckily, I've been thrifting some items that are pretty similar so I should be all set for our upcoming summer vacation. Now for deciding on a new hair cut...if anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to them:)

I'm sorry that I haven't responded to comments or visited many blogs over the past few days. I needed a blog break and took advantage of a rainy working weekend to spend some time away. I hope everyone had a great or at least good Monday!

  2. Those headbands are darling! Why don't you try a chin skimming bob cut to get ready for Spring / Summer. I can see you now....with a flowery knee skimming summer dress, belted, with a cute head band & lovely flats....just like what you see in these photos. What do you think?

  11. craving summer so much right now. The longing for school to be over and frolicking in pintucked shirt dresses and eating strawberry rhubarb pie is almost unbearable.

  16. My catalogue has arrived, too. I always love the styling of the Toast catalogues, but find their clothes really expensive. Or am I in the wrong here?
